The police have arrested Hitesh Sanghvi, the main accused in this murder case. It is learned that the deceased Akash Pawar was constantly asking for gambling money from Hitesh, due to which Hitesh killed him along with some of his colleagues.
Story of enmity started with friendship
The accused Hitesh Sanghvi hails from Rajasthan and currently lives in Shahibagh area of Ahmedabad. Both were acquainted with Akash Pawar and Hitesh’s brother-in-law Jagdish. The three were addicted to gambling, but when Akash started demanding 21 lakh rupees from Hitesh, the situation started deteriorating. Earlier, Hitesh had given 8-9 lakh rupees in gambling.
The crisis of money prepared a gang of killers
Police investigation revealed that Hitesh, disturbed by forced recovery, included Timlesh and Heera Ram of his village in this conspiracy. Both were in dire need of money, so they agreed to it. After this, both of them also included Rawata Ram, Hema Ram and the security guard of the office located at Sumer Park in this scheme.
Creepy conspiracy hatched on May 1
On 1 May, the accused called Akash to their office at Sumer Park on the pretext of gambling. Everyone murdered him together. After this, the body was put in the sack and thrown near the Chhat Ghat so that no one was suspicious. After the murder, all the accused escaped.
Clue found from 500 CCTV camera investigation
This case was nothing short of a challenge for the police. The police first filed a report of the missing person and then identified the body as Akash Pawar. Akash’s father runs a finance company and Akash also worked there. When the police started the investigation, more than 500 CCTV footage was investigated.
Bikes and bags opened secrets
During the investigation, someone else was riding Akash’s bike in one footage, which suspected the police. In further investigation, some people were seen bringing a large bag down from the lift, which opened the whole matter. The body of the sky was in the same bag.
Bank account amount was also part of the conspiracy
The plans for the accused was that after the murder, whatever amount will be in Akash’s bank account, they will distribute it among themselves. Hitesh also took the rest of the accused in this greed. He himself is associated with the business of clothes, but gambling addiction brought him to the path of crime.
