Controversy over the Governor of Bengal Governor – Naya India -Hindi News, Latest Hindi News, Breaking News, Hindi Samachar

The Governor of West Bengal has sent a report to the Central Government. In recent times, such a report about any state has not been reported. Even two years ago, there was no such report even after the onset of ethnic violence in Manipur and the death of hundreds of people, injuries and thousands of people were displaced, in which the Governor said that the central government should interfere in the state using constitutional provisions. West Bengal Governor CV Anand Bose has sent a report to the Central Government against the Waqf Act on the basis of the demonstration and the incident of three people being killed in West Bengal. Think, three hundred people have been killed in a small state like Manipur!

CV Anand Bose has not written directly in his report but has advised the use of Article 355 of the Constitution. Under this, the central government can interfere in the states to restore law and order and deploy army or central forces. Similarly, the Governor has also advised the formation of a commission using constitutional provisions. He has asked to form an inquiry into the state and take initiative to punish the culprits. Controversy has started on this suggestion of the Governor. State BJP leaders are also calculating that if the central government does something like this, then the BJP will get the benefit or Mamta Banerjee will get its benefit. Keep in mind that Mamta Banerjee specializes in making the election of external vs. and plays Bangla Asmita. She can call any initiative of the central government an attack on the state’s identity.
