For a few rupees in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, a brother killed his sick brother. At the same time, he tried to declare an accident to grab the amount of insurance in the name of the brother. According to Sambhal SP Krishna Kumar Bishnoi, on July 6 last year, the deceased’s brother Naveen gave a complaint to the police. It was told that his paralyzed brother Sanjay was going to the hospital sitting in an e-rickshaw. Meanwhile, an unknown vehicle hit behind and his brother died after falling on the road. The police had filed a case in this regard, but if no evidence was found in the investigation, the final report was filed.

After this, Naveen filed a claim for the amount of insurance in the name of his brother. Not only this, he also took 20 lakh rupees from an insurance company. Since the accident was shown within a year of insurance, the insurance company became suspicious. In this regard, the insurance company complained to the police and when the police investigated the case on this angle, the whole matter came to the fore. After this, the police arrested the accused brother Naveen and his two associates and sent them to jail.

Accused Naveen told in the police interrogation that his divorced brother used to do stationery shop and lived with him. About six months ago, he got paralyzed throughout his body. In such a situation, the responsibility of his service had come on him. The accused said that now he wanted to get rid of his brother. Meanwhile, he took help of his friend Raju and lawyer Akhilesh, who lives in Islam city. Then on the advice of these two, he insured more than 95 lakh rupees in his brother’s name and became a nominee himself.

The accused told in the police interrogation that on the advice of his accomplices, he went from e-rickshaw to the hospital on the pretext of treatment to his brother. On the way, he pushed his brother and dropped him, causing him to die. Later he filed a case with the police. According to the police, after verification of the facts that came after questioning, the police arrested the three accused and sent them to jail.
