I will neither smoke nor drink … ITG put such a jugaad to save rent in Mumbai, you will not be able to stop laughing too

Navi Mumbai: It is difficult to find a house in Mumbai, everyone knows. However, an IT boy has found an amazing way to avoid rent. People are surprised to hear this method and are enjoying it. Actually the boy has said that he will remain free in those flats which are lying vacant. This is because their rich owners live elsewhere. He has posted a post on Reddit. It is written in it, hey rich people, have you bought expensive flats in Navi Mumbai just because they remain empty? Do you come once a year, dust dust and then disappear? Why don’t you give me your flat, that too for free?

His poster has gone viral. People are praising his understanding. However, many people say that he will hardly get anyone who will consider him offer. He has also given the conditions of the deal in his poster. He will not smoke, drink or party. It will also pay water and electricity bills. He described himself as a calm, clean developer who works for a long time. He has also said that he will not bring any problem with tenants. He advised me to consider me a digital monk who has a mop in his hand.

Tell its benefits
What will be the benefit of the owners of the house with this offer, he also told this. The IT person has introduced himself as a modern caretaker. He has said that he will keep the flat clean, will keep it ventilated and will comfort the house owners that their property is not empty. He has also said that since there is no rent agreement, there will be no quarrel over the rent. And those who complain about neighboring tenants? He said that the house owners can call him his relative.
