Pakistan is preparing to fight the war with India, but in the meantime its biggest weakness has come to light. India has its own radar system, navigation system, so that it can easily attack anywhere. So at the same time, Pakistan will have to depend on China in this matter. The ‘Eyes’ of the Pakistani Army is China’s Baidu navigation system. If this system is closed, the Indian Army can reach Lahore in a few hours.
Specialty of Baidu system
1. The Baidu navigation system is China’s indigenous GPS, which acts like GPS in the US, Glonass in Russia and Galileo of Europe.
2. This system was completely operational in 2020 and says that it gives 100 times more accurate information.
3. Pakistan is the first country in the world, which has got the military level access of the Baidu system.
4. This system offers real-time data, internet and navigation services through satellite.
5. The Baidu navigation system works in three classes Geo, IGSO, Meo. This helps in accurate targeting and information sharing of weapons.
6. This system relieves Pakistan from dependence on American GPS, which reduces the risk of data manipulation.
How dependent on Pakistan
Pakistan is completely dependent on China in satellite and information sharing. China has always supported Pakistan in this matter. Through the Baidu system, Pakistan finds out about the movement of the Indian Army and ships. The Baidu system helps the Pakistani army in missile targeting, drone operation and real-time surveillance. If the Baidu system is closed due to some reason, such as cyber attack or technical fault, the Pakistani army will become blind. According to the expert, in such a situation the Indian Army can take action fast.
