The Rohini court of Delhi has convicted six accused, including model Angel Gupta, for conspiring to kill a government school teacher in Bawana area in 2018. He has been sentenced to life imprisonment. The court has blamed the husband of the deceased, who was in a relationship with Angel Gupta (Shashiprabha). The name of the deceased was Sunita. Sunita got a clue of her husband Manjit Sehrawat’s Extramarital Affair.
Manjit, Angel Gupta and his father hatched a conspiracy about this. He hired two contract killers, who shot Sunita and killed her. Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) Dhirendra Rana sentenced six accused, including the deceased’s husband Manjit Sehrawat and his girlfriend Anjal Gupta, convicted in the crime of conspiring to kill school teacher Sunita.
According to the police, 38 -year -old Sunita was a teacher in a primary school in a government school in Ferozepur in Sonepat district. In 2016, Sunita came to know about Manjit’s illicit relationship. There was a fight between the two many times about this. There was tension between the two about Manjit’s illicit relations. After this, Manjeet planned to kill his wife Sunita, so that he could marry his girlfriend and model Angel Gupta. His girlfriend also supported him in this conspiracy. For this work, both of them gave the miscreants a betel nut of 10 lakhs to kill Sunita. Out of this, 45 thousand rupees were transferred to the bank account of the accused to advance.
Sunita murdered while going to school
Then on 29 October 2018, while going to school in the morning, Sunita, who was a school teacher, was shot and killed. The day Sunita was killed, he was to be honored for the academic work of his batch in school on the same day. Sunita’s family suspected her husband Manjit’s hand behind the murder. The police also found a diary of Sunita, in which she mentioned some of her and husband’s personal things.
Husband and husband’s girlfriend questioned
After this, the police registered a case in the case and started questioning Sunita’s husband. In the investigation of the case, the police came to know about the illicit relationship of Sunita’s husband. The police made Sunita’s husband Manjeet, his girlfriend model Angel Gupta and the model’s father in the case. Based on the inquiry and some evidence, the police claimed to solve the case of this case and arrested the three. Police said that on Karvachauth, Manjeet conspired to kill Sunita and got her murdered.
Decision in Sunita murder case after 7 years
Apart from Manjit, Angel, Rajiv Sethi, the court convicted accused Shahzad Saifi, Vishal alias Johnny and Dharmendra and sentenced him to life imprisonment on 8 May. The decision has come after 7 years in this case. Now the accused will have to face jail sentence.
