New Delhi: ‘Pakistan is a country that started lying from birth’. Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said the same in special briefing on Thursday. It is the nature of Pakistan by lying, it is proved again on Friday. Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry said in its Weekly Press briefing, ‘We want to remind that it was India which took the Jammu and Kashmir dispute to the United Nations in 1948. Today, how can he retract from the promises made to the United Nations, Pakistan and Kashmiri people? ‘ It was mentioned that of the historical mistake of Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of the country, which is still pricking India. Pakistan is once again questioning India by making the same mistake a weapon.
Pakistan has done this nonsense at a time when his army’s demerits have been exposed from Kashmir to Kutch. Pakistan, who has tried unsuccessfully to send the missile from the drone to the missile, now wants to prove itself innocent by wearing the same old 1948 Choga to cover its sins. If Pakistan is so convincing the UN resolution of 1948, then why does not the Pok first vacant?
India’s attitude clear, this internal matter
India today says clearly that the entire Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India, including POK and Aksai Chin. The Kashmir dispute is not an international issue, but a completely internal matter of India.
There is no need for third party, because the 1972 Shimla agreement has been decided that India and Pakistan will talk among themselves. It is clearly written in the Shimla Agreement that any dispute will be resolved by mutual dialogue. That is, the United Nations, OC or any foreign platform has no role.
False raga of Pakistan, UN and 1948
The first and most important condition of the proposal passed by the United Nations in 1948 was that Pakistan would have to remove its entire army from Kashmir. That is, Pakistan had to retreat itself, then there would be talk of partial military withdrawal on India and then the option of public opinion would open.
In January 1948, the Security Council adopted the resolution 39 (1948), established the United Nations Commission (UNCIP) for India and Pakistan for investigation and mediation.
But Pakistan never removed its army. On the contrary, he opened terrorist training camps in Pok, handed over Gilgit-Baltistan to China and made the local people there a second-class citizen. Till date, Pok is in Pakistan’s possession and the same occupation is the biggest violation of the 1948 proposal.
