India has banned goods coming from Pakistan. Also, Pakistani ships have also stopped coming to their ports. India has taken this step after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam.
Pakistan’s retaliation
In response, Pakistan’s Ministry of Marine Affairs said, “Indian flag ships will not be allowed to reach any Pakistani port.” Similarly, Pakistani flag ships will not go to any Indian port. This means that now ships of both countries will not be able to visit each other’s ports.
On Saturday, India banned the import of goods coming from Pakistan or passing through Pakistan. India also refused to come to their ports of Pakistani flag ships. In addition, India has stopped its ships from visiting any port in Pakistan.
India has also stopped the exchange of postal and parcels with Pakistan. This ban is imposed from both air and ground routes. India has imposed many more sanctions on Islamabad.
Pakistan has broken back
The first restrictions involved the Indus Water Treaty suspended. In addition, all visas were canceled and all Pakistani citizens were sent back. However, those who had long visas were not sent. India also reduced the number of employees in the Pakistan High Commission about half. The Attari-Wagah border was closed and the defense officers posted in the Pakistan Mission were sent back. About 16 Pakistani news YouTube channels have also been closed. Through these steps, India has broken back the back of Pakistan.
Meanwhile, the Pakistan Army on Saturday tested the surface -to -surface ballistic missile. The range of this missile is 450 km. The missile is named Abdali Weapon System. It was tested as part of the military exercise ‘Exercise Indus’.
A Delhi official described it as ‘irresponsible work that provoked from Pakistan and a dangerous increase in hostile campaign against India’. This means that the Government of India is taking this missile test seriously. Relations between India and Pakistan are already tense. These new restrictions and missile tests may further increase tension between the two countries.
