Samastipur. On April 25, the body of a young man was found in a litchi garden located in the weather of Pusa police station area under Samastipur Sadar subdivision area. Now Samastipur police claimed to reveal it. Samastipur police claim that the pink color woman found from the incident signed the whole incident on the basis of panties. Taking action in this case, the police has sent a woman accused to jail. The interesting aspect in the case which has emerged, according to this, the woman’s pink color innerwear (pink panty) became helpful in the case.
Regarding the incident, Sadar Sub -Divisional Police Officer ASP Sanjay Kumar Pandey said that on April 25, information was received about a dead body in the garden located in Morasand of Pusa police station area. Pusa police station reached the spot and duly inspected and verified the spot. He said that in the course of inspection, the body was identified as 27 -year -old Gautam Kumar. Light pressure and swelling was found on the throat of the deceased of Panchrukhi village of Karpoorigram police station. After the identification of the young man, the family of the deceased in this case registered the primary on the basis of written application in Pusa police station and then the police started research.
He asked to walk to Delhi, threatened if he did not go
ASP Sanjay Kumar Pandey said that in the course of inspection of the scene, the FSL team recovered a pink color panty of the woman from the scene, which was found to be a suspicious spot (semen -like). Based on this, on the basis of interrogation and evidence of the family, it was revealed that the deceased Gautam had a love affair with a woman from the village itself. In the course of investigation, the police came to know that he had come to meet the young man in the garden during the night. The deceased Gautam asked him to go to Delhi with the woman and threatened to hang him if he did not leave. On refusing to go to Delhi, the deceased hanged him in a mango tree with his girlfriend’s sari.
She cut her sari’s noose
He said that after interrogating the accused woman, the crime has been accepted by him. After that, a crime confession statement has been taken after arresting. When the young man committed suicide by putting a noose around his neck, the woman went home and brought a Hansua and then cut off her sari and took away from there. Based on the crime confession statement, 3 mobiles, 2 SIMs, 1 three piece saris and 1 Hasua were recovered from the woman. In this case, the accused woman has been sent to jail by the police.
