Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has given a big statement about the attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir. Taking a dig at PM Modi, he said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi received an intelligence report three days before the Pahalgam attack. After his claim, BJP has now surrounded the Congress President.
BJP leader Anurag Thakur attacked Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Tuesday and said that Kharge is speaking the language of Pakistan. Anurag Thakur further said, these are the words of Pakistan, not the Congress leaders. This is not the first time, we have seen many examples where Congress and Pakistan are seen speaking together.

Targeting the Congress, Anurag Thakur further said, the CM of Karnataka of Congress says that we should not fight Pakistan. Former Congress CM Channi says that he needs evidence of surgical strike. The Congress will have to decide whether it is standing with the people of India or with Pakistan.
Earlier, BJP leader CR Kesavan condemned the claims of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. Also asked Kharge to apologize.
BJP asked sharp questions
Kesavan said, Mallikarjun Kharge has given a tremendous statement similar to modern Mir Jafar. His baseless, baseless statement against the Prime Minister is extremely condemnable and Kharge’s comments are incompetent and cannot be forgiven. Everyone demands unconditional apology from them and they should also clarify what kind of input they had to make such derogatory remarks.
What statement did Mallikarjun Kharge give?
Earlier in the day, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge questioned the Central Government’s way of dealing with the Pahalgam attack on April 22. He also claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had received an intelligence report three days before the attack. Addressing the ‘Save Constitution’ rally in Jharkhand, Kharge questioned why no measures were taken despite the alleged warnings. He allegedly criticized the Prime Minister for cancellation of his visit to Kashmir and failing to protect the citizens based on the same intelligence.
Kharge said, on April 22, there was a big terrorist attack in the country, in which 26 people were killed. It was an intelligence failure, the government has accepted it and said that they will solve it, but if they were aware of it, then why nothing was done?
The Congress President further said, I have received information that an intelligence report was sent to Prime Minister Modi three days before the attack and based on it he canceled his program to go to Kashmir. I also read this in a newspaper. If the intelligence information can warly warns that it is not safe to go there for your (Prime Minister), then why did you not take proper steps for the safety of tourists and citizens? ”Now the BJP has surrounded them with this statement of Kharge. However, Kharge further said that whatever decision the government takes against Pakistan, we are standing with it.
