Türkiye is preparing to make Pakistan a big lime, not only the atmosphere against India

Türkiye came in support of Pakistan after the Pahalgam attack

After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Kashmir, tension between India and Pakistan is at its peak on one side. All the countries of the world are seen standing with India, but there is another player in the midst of this political noise, who is spreading his board silently. The name is Türkiye. Turkey is slowly trying to achieve all that can make it in the queue of powerful countries and it is a matter of great concern for India.

Turkey openly supported Pakistan after the Pahalgam attack. And recently the C-130 aircraft of Turkish Air Force reached Karachi and now the Turkish warship is camping at TCG Büyükada Karachi Port. This vessel will remain there till 7 May. It may take only military exercises to see, but the intention behind it is telling something else.

Deep friendship of Turkish-Pakistan

The relationship between Pakistan and Türkiye is not new, but in recent years they have become even stronger. In 2021, the two countries signed a defense agreement, under which a plan for joint weapons was planned. Since then, Turkey has become the second largest weapon supplier after China.

Between 2020 and 2024, 10 percent of Türkiye’s total arms exports have gone to Pakistan. Now the two are also going to open a joint fighter jet factory. While Pakistan will get state -of -the -art technology, Turkey can get necessary resources and information towards becoming nuclear power.

Is Pakistan making Turkey the nuclear power?

Turkey may have signed the Test Ban Treaty on the Nuclear Non -Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in 1980 and in 1996, but its recent activities raise questions. Turkey does not have its own nuclear weapons at the moment, but is part of NATO under the US nuclear security shield. Around 50 B61 atomic bombs of America have been placed on Turkish Insirlic Airbase. But now the indications that are being received, they say that Ankara himself is moving towards developing her nuclear power and Pakistan is the most trusted partner in this journey. Media reports suggest that Turkey has obtained the machines that purify uranium from Pakistan. Not only this, some private companies in Turkey are sending sensitive material from Europe to Pakistan, from where they are being secretly sent to other countries.

Turkish nuclear dream

Construction of Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant in Türkiye is still going on, which will meet the country’s 10% power requirement on completion. Although Türkiye claims that the plant is only for energy needs, some reports have raised suspicion that Ankara is secretly moving towards uranium enrichment. Not only this, Turkey has made military agreements with Kazakhstan. This Kazakhstan supplies 35% of the world’s uranium. That is, Turkey also got a source of uranium and technology supplier Pakistan too.

Why does Turkey need nuclear strength?

The answer is hidden in the changing geopolitical reality of Middle East and South Asia. Türkiye considers himself the leader of the Islamic world, but many nuclear power countries already stand in his path. Pakistan is the only Muslim country that has nuclear weapons. At the same time, the Israeli nation in the neighborhood of Türkiye is not only economically and military powerful, but is also considered a secret nuclear force. It is a permanent strategic threat to Türkiye.

But Turkey is not only on the danger, but also on the leadership chair in the middle East. In the Middle East, there has been a perception for a long time that the country which has nuclear power, becomes a Big Boss in regional politics. Right now Iran is considered to be at the forefront of this race. Türkiye knows very well that if it has to equalize countries like Iran and Israel, then it will have to become a nuclear power, not just a military force. And for this, the nearest, trusted and experienced ‘colleague’ seems to him Pakistan.
