New Delhi: Virat Kohli’s brother Vikas Kohli has targeted former Indian cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar on social media. This happened when Manjrekar commented on comparison of Virat Kohli and Jaspreet Bumrah after a match of IPL 2025 between RCB and Mumbai Indians. Manjrekar said that Virat is no longer in his prime and he did not include Virat in the top 10 batsmen of IPL 2025, while Virat is the highest run -scorer. Vikas questioned Manjrekar’s ODI strike rate and said it is easy to talk at a strike rate of more than 200. Apart from this, Virat Kohli has emphasized the importance of partnership in T20 cricket, especially on the pitches where it is not possible to put big shots from the beginning. Virat Kohli’s brother Vikas Kohli has taunted Sanjay Manjrekar through social media. Manjrekar had posted several posts regarding RCB, which has led to a dispute earlier.

After the match of RCB and Mumbai Indians, Manjrekar had said that the collision between Virat and Bumrah can no longer be considered ‘Best vs Best’. He also said that Virat is no longer the same as before. He did not name Virat in the top 10 batsmen of IPL 2025, while Virat was the highest run -scorer at that time.
Vikas targeted Manjrekar on social media platform threads. He wrote- Sanjay Manjrekar. Career ODI strike rate: 64:31 … 200 plus strike rate is easy to talk about. This means that Manjrekar’s pace of scoring runs in ODIs was slow, so they should not comment on those who score at a fast pace.
Earlier, Virat Kohli had given the importance of partnership in T20 cricket. He had said that it is not easy to put big shots on slow pitches from the beginning. Batsmen like Virat and KL Rahul have performed well in such difficult situations. Virat scored his sixth half -century in 10 IPL innings against Delhi Capitals on Sunday. With this, RCB managed to win the match continuously outside the house.
