How many cow shelters in UP?
The Chief Minister was informed that at present, 11.49 lakh cows are preserved in 7,693 cow shelter sites in the state, which are being monitored by CCTV and inspection is also being done from time to time. The CM directed that the deployment of the employee for care in these shelter sites, timely payment of salary, installation of straw banks, adequate availability of water, green fodder and bran should be ensured.
CM said, animal doctors should also be visited from time to time in shelter sites. Poor families who do not have livestock should be provided cows under the Chief Minister’s destitute cow dynasty participation scheme. On the one hand, the families will get the virtue of Goseva, on the other hand, the availability of milk will also improve the nutritional level of the family.

In this meeting, the Chief Minister said that a competition of cows of indigenous breed should be organized at the divisional level and good cow shelter sites should be honored and honored. Similarly, competition should also be organized between Go -based product making institutions.
